FSNA operates under a proven model. While its franchising operations
generate fees from the sale of each franchise, it is the company's reservations
income and its purchase of insurance products that provide a long-term royalty
Through its subsidiaries, FSNA grants franchises for the
operation of vehicle rental stores under the U-Save brand –
with more than 240 locations located throughout the United States,
encompassing a combined fleet of nearly 10,000 vehicles.
Unique to FSNA’s model is the ability to offer all franchises
the services of Peakstone Insurance to provide a “one-stop” shopping point for
all of their insurance needs related to their business, as well as, their
personal requirements. In fact, the company’s financial services subsidiary
coordinates insurance services with approved insurance carriers for liability
and physical damage coverage for nearly 5,000 vehicles with the U-Save® system
and provides similar insurance products and other services to nearly 1,000
independent auto rental companies – comprising an additional fleet of vehicles
under coverage approaching 8,000.
FSNA is currently at work to expand even farther into the U.S.
and other heavily traveled areas of the world.
